Booking Terms and Conditions
Provisional Bookings
If you want to book Ty Capel or check availability telephone or email Sue or Huw on 01970 832429/07714293877, email info@tycapelnantgwynant.co.uk. We will want to know the dates [Friday to Friday] and the number of guests.
Deposit
A provisional booking is held until we receive a booking form (available through the website under bookings link) and a deposit of £100.00.If this is not received within 7 days, and we have been unable to contact you, the period booked will become vacant for another hirer. We will acknowledge all bookings and send you an invoice for the balance which is payable 6 weeks before arrival. The deposit is non returnable.
Cancellation
If you have to cancel your holidays you must let me know by a written letter or email. If a cancellation is made after we receive the balance owing, this will result in loss of all monies.
Rental Price
All prices include under floor heating. During winter months there is a supplementary charge of £15.00[October to May].Electricity, bed linen and towels, the use of a tv,dvd player, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, gas cooker, wood burner[fuel not provided], cleaning material, there is off road parking but it is very steep.
Breakages and Damages
If damage or breakages occur we will reserve the right to charge for the full amount and also for additional cleaning.
On Arrival
It would be helpful if you could let us know your time of arrival, so we can meet you or arrange to leave the key somewhere for you to pick up. We will be cleaning until 4pm, so any time after this. There will be a welcome hamper for you of essentials, milk, tea, coffee etc.
Departure
We would ask you to leave Ty Capel by 10am and to please leave it as clean and tidy as you found it on arrival.
